Salad Box (fall)

This plan will provide you with greens up until the first hard frost. The veggies in this plan make a great base for all your fall salads. Or get creative and use them in your cooking or as garnishes.

This plan will tolerate a light frost. As the weather gets colder you'll notice the growth of your veggies will slow. Consider using a row cover or some method of protection, this will insulate the veggies a bit and can heat the garden up to a few degrees!
